The site-specific exhibition I Have Seen Things You Wouldn't Believe is a kind of honest probe into the life of Marek Šilpoch, a personal confession of an old ego, a story of dreams fulfilled driven by the desire to destroy and rediscover oneself and new values. The exhibition is a pilgrimage through time, where the visitor discovers through the past, present and future how not only the artist can perceive his old self with the passage of time, what he has gone through, where it has led him and, last but not least, where he would like to go. The exhibition is also the final doctoral thesis of Marek Šilpoch, in which he focused on light art in the context of art history and contemporary visual culture.
